I say 'complete' because it was used like this, in fact the earlier models have no hole for screw the prongs. I have seen original untouched boxes with devices with hole and no prongs at the box, as prongs were an option depending the using you wanted to give to the device. I remember 15 years ago when this items were everywhere in their original untouched boxes and nobody wanted them..... Try to find one today.
