Australia WW2 Army NCO's Service Dress Tunic

Army winter 1942 economy pattern. Unknown matching colour patches. NCO rank for Staff Sergeant. Has all oxidized AMF buttons, rising sun collar badges and nationality shoulder titles. Dated 1944. Some minor areas of mothing. A most unusual unit badged tunic. Interesting that the colour patches are also the Dutch national flag and therefore a possible connection to the Dutch East Indies?
