a stunning helmet .. its been a double decal and looks to have been apple green still traces on the rivets , then over painted for re issue in the field grey , there are scratch marks were the national shield has been scratched off as per period regulations . and looks to have a small battle damage dent by were the adler eagle decal was . with original liner and draw string still in it & a size 55cm head , with soldiers name in pen on it HR and chin strap which has been cut short .
