Original era manufacture. Individually sewn, red wool crossed anchors and cherry blossom on a blue wool disc. Small metal anchor placed at center, is not regulation, but placed there postwar by Japanese retailers wanting to 'doll up' insignia to sell to the GI's.Clean, no issues.
