Italian WWII Fascist Militia Anti-Aircraft Officers Visor Hat

Original period manufacture. Very solid example with an Italian green wool top with three gold brocade stripes on the band which indicates the rank of Captain. Stamped brass insignia with wool backing on the front. Tall leather sweatband which has loosened a bit in the back with some light wear and fraying to the bottom edge.White silk lining with a Rome makers label. The hat displays really well, one small moth bite on the top of the hat with some minor scattered staining to the cloth. Patent leather chinstrap with artillery buttons, patent leather visor with a bound edge.
