Friend of the Burma Star Association pin badge Numbered 98

A good original post 1951 'Friend of the Burma Star Association gilt pin brooch'; impressive example made from two parts, the central inlaid with yellow and green enamel, the outer reverse impressed '98'. Very good condition, both with original pin fittings, the centre badge secured with glue.Height approx 41mm.The Burma Star Association was officially founded on the 26th February 1951.
