Unser Täglich Brod Gieb Uns Heute Bread Knife Himmel

A very unique original German knife, which is of a rather small size and somewhat simple in design. 'Unser Täglich Brod Gieb Uns Heute' written on the handle. Manufactured by Himmel. It seems like it would be a bread knife to pair with the traditionalwooden bread plate, however I have been completely unable to find any remotely comparable knife. The spelling on this is quite old, easily placing it into the 1800's, probably pre German Unification. Sometimes older spelling will live on beyond the reforms of the early 1900's in these traditional type pieces, however the style of the construction is also quite old. My best guess would be that this is from the early industrial revolution era. I was unable to find any details on the maker. It looks like its been sharpened a few times.
