Mica Hygiene Kit Box Empty

Original Mica pebble type hygiene kit box. This one is completely empty of all the little tins and accessories but does still have the main divider to separate the top and bottom. It has a few some dents and general wear. This is the famous kit which was so popular at the time as it was designed to fit inside of the mess kit. So it was basically made just for sale to men in the military. Mess kit shown for reference and not included. Marked D.R.Patent Auslandspatents.The Mica is one of my favorite bits of kit. I bought one with about half the contents very early in my reenacting carrier and have used it ever since, slowly making it more complete either with original bits or by making things for it.
