Cased Twenty-five Years Faithful Service Medal

Cased Twenty-five Years Faithful Service Medal (Treudienst Ehrenzeichen 25). On 30 January 1938, Hitler instituted the Faithful Service Decoration, in three classes. This was in recognition of long serving civil servants, and public works personnel. The medal is complete with its original confectioned ribbon and comes with its original box. The box complete with manufacturer's label from the company of 'Rudolf A. Karneth' from Gablonz an der Neiße. The box has some normal useage and some damage at the corners what is seen often on these boxes. Nice set in good used condition!
