WW1 German 03 pattern binoculars in their original case of issue both case & binoculars marked to the manufacturer 'Oigee'. Binoculars are marked 'DF03 Dienstglas ' & 'OIGEE BERLIN' with DRP for Deutsch Reich Patent a classic German military marking used in both wars up until 1945. The bottom of the binoculars are marked to the 92nd Infantry Regiment (Braunschweig) a Prussian Regiment part of X Corps fought on the Marne. Complete with leather neck strap the optics are still good with some of its body covering displaced.
