Pair of MP38/40 Magazine Pouches

This is a nice pair of Wehrmacht MP38/40 Magazine Pouches (MP38 u. MP40 Magazintaschen). Soldiers equipped with the MP38/40 were issued a pair of magazine pouches which each held three thirty-two round magazines. This pair is made of tan coloured webbing with blackened leather straps, the leather straps are in good supple condition, see photos. The pouches are nicely maker marked and dated with 'clg 43' indicating production by the company of 'Ernst Melzig' from Liegnitz in 1943. The pouches are showing minor traces or years of storage and are in overall very good condition, see photos. Hard to find original pair of MP38/40 magazine pouches!
