Japanese WWII Wind-Up Signal Flashlight, Leather Case

Original era manufacture. We've offered a number of these intriguing wind-up signal flashlights over the years, usually in a canvas covered case, or, with an all metal case with navy markings. This is the first leather covered example we can remember owning. It is not complete, but still fine for display. Canvas shoulder strap, the hand crank is gone, the light and cord are present and some of the interior workings are also missing. It sounds like a wreck, but it's really not, again I've never seen a leather cased example before.
