Original era manufacture. Matched pair of army 2nd Lieutenant collar rank.Gold wire embroidery on red wool backing with a single polished alloy star on each. Dark green cotton reverse. The right side rank tab's star attaching prongs pass through the reverse, likely a period replacement.Normal age and wear otherwise, very clean.
