Original era manufacture. Awarded for bravery in combat. Solid silver 35mm planchet with a serial number of 3644714. Brass backed ribbon suspension plate with attaching pin. Little of the red enamel remains inside the recesses of the lettering as these medals were intended to be worn, not kept in a closet. Shows typical age and wear.
