Original WWI women's uniform jacket and skirt.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):JACKET:Bust- 38 1/2'Waist- 38'Length- 25 1/2'Sleeve- 18'Neck- 15'SKIRT:Waist- 30'Hips- 48'Length- 30 1/2' front, 31 3/4' back(needs hemmed)BELT:30 1/2'Really interesting WWI uniform. Unfortunately, I don't know much about it. I'm not sure if it's women's army, nurse, or one of the many other women's organizations or a civilian outfit with a military patch. The material feels like WWI US summer uniforms. First Army patch on the shoulder.Fairly good condition considering it's over 100 years old! It does have flaws, though. There are several stains (I have made no attempt to clean it). Small hole by one armpit. Repair toward the bottom of the skirt in the back. At some point, the skirt was shortened, it has been taken back out, but you can see the stitch holes and folds where it was sewn on the waist and on the hem. The hem in unfinished. One button on the skirt is a replacement. It looks like there is a label missing in the neck. Button on the belt was taken in and moved back out.
