German WWII M1933 SA Enlisted Dagger & Hanger, Christianswerk

Original era manufacture. A very solid dagger with a polished steel blade with good cross graining remaining, with a clear blade motto and makers mark. Attractive, dark wooden grip retains both of its original emblems, and is free of cracks or chips, just some minor marring and bumping from handling over the years. Early nickel finish upper & lower guards and eagle emblem. The scabbard fittings, and upper & lower guards are also nickel, all displaying a very toned patina, having not been cleaned in many years. The lower guard displays a district marking of nrh.The steel scabbard body has a few shallow dents, with traces of the original clear lacquer over the brown finish. Scattered denting to the lower scabbard fitting, with the requisite dented ball tip. Pliable brown leather hanger with nickel fittings, displaying surface scuffing to the edges of the strap.
