Japanese WWII, Type 30 Bayonet, Matsushita Kinzoku, Arrow-M Proof

Original period manufacture. A very clean example, featuring a bright finished blade with fullers, hooked guard, flat type birdhead pommel and contoured wooden grips.The blade is very clean, with a thin band of blue at the base, with clear makers markings. Blue finish, mixed with very light surface corrosion on the hooked guard and pommel.The grips show original finish, with light marring from service use. The blue and patina finish steel scabbard has a few, very shallow, dents, more felt than seen.
