Spanish WWII Medalia del Capana (Campaign Meda)-This medal was awarded to all military personnel that fought on the national side of the Spanish war. It was also awarded to members of the German Condor Legion for their involvement in the war. The medal features a lion fighting a large bird with the inscription 'Arriba Espana' or Up Spain! And the date 17 July 1936, the day the war began.This comes with a red and yellow original ribbon that has an interesting pin setup. The gold and black finish on this medal is a bit gaudy but really quite pretty. This is an interesting different item to offer.
