Set of 2 WH (Heer) Cavalry Photographs

Set of 2 Wehrmacht (Heer) 'Cavalry' (Kavallerie) photographs, both showing the same soldier on his horse. Nice photographs showing a Wehrmacht soldier wearing his field blouse with overseas cap. In one photo he's wearing his K98 rifle on his back. There's are messages written on the back of the photos:'Zum Andenken liebe Mutti, von deinem Vati am 4. September 1943' and 'Zum Andenken liebe Alfredi von deinem Papi am 4. September 1943'.The photographs measure approximately 13 x 8 cms in size and are in good condition. One photo has paper residue on the back and shows some creasing, see scans. Nice set of 2 original Cavalry photographs!
