'Legion Condor' Postcard

This is a nice original period colour postcard (Postkarte) about the return of the German 'Legion Condor' (Heimkehr der deutschen Legion) in June 1939. The Condor Legion was a unit composed of military personnel from the air force and army of Nazi Germany, which served with the Nationalists during the Spanish Civil War of July 1936 to March 1939. The card shows an artistic image with Luftwaffe personnel and 'Legion Condor' red and gold flags in very vibrant colours (the gold is shiny, however hardly visible on the scans). This postcard was published by 'Verlag Th. König' from Berlin SW. The postcard is in good condition and measures approximately 15 x 10,5 cms in size. The postcard has been described and has two nice ink-stamps at the back. Decorative original postcard!
