Early small sized NSDAP Membership Badge

NSDAP Membership Badge (Parteiabzeichen). The small sized badge is a nice enameled example having a diameter of 17mm, it has a nice age patina and has never been cleaned nor polished, only some small scratches/dirt caused by years of storage. The unmarked badge comes on its original period 'Alpacca' marked clip-like device, most likely incomplete, see photos. It looks like a clip from a pen which would make it possible to wear the badge attached with the clip to a breast pocket of a tunic. Interesting early variant party badge in good used condition!
