WH (Heer) M36 Greatcoat

WH (Heer) M36 Greatcoat (Wachmantel). The Greatcoat belonged to the standard equipment of every soldier. The greatcoat could be worn in cold weather or rain and all other conceivable situations. The field-grey woolen construction greatcoat is having a dark-green collar, the greatcoat is partly lined with tan coloured lining material. It has two rows of six front closure buttons and the greatcoat also has a single metal hook and eye at the neckline. The greatcoat is complete with shoulder-board loops and buttons. A nicely hand-embroidered 'Geprüfter Schirrmeister' (Equipment Administration Personnel's) trade badge is sewn to the wearer's right lower sleeve, the badge is having silvere piping. The greatcoat is nicely maker marked and dated 1939 (H39). The greatcoat is showing various size markings (Chest size 104cms). The greatcoat is in good worn condition with some normal traces of usage and some small (moth)damages, see photos. Nice original greatcoat in good used condition!
