Wehrmacht Gas Warning Flag on Pole (Gasspürfähnchen). Along with the gasmask and assorted accessories was a gas warning flag set that consisted of small flags on metal poles, seventy-five feet of yellow marking tape and a carrying pouch. The gas warning flag set was issued on a limited basis and was most probably also utilized to mark minefields. This is a nice original flag on pole, the pole measures approximately 50cms in length. The flag is in good used condition, showing some minor damage. Perfect for completing your gas warning flag set if you're missing a flag. Decorative original flag in good used condition!
