Luftwaffe Belt & Buckle

Luftwaffe EM/NCO's Belt & Buckle (Koppel und Koppelschloß). Originally the EM/NCO's buckles were produced with a silver finish until a blue/grey version was introduced around mid-1940, and a tropical olive drab version was introduced in late 1940. This is a nice blue-grey painted steel example, the buckle is complete with its original leather tab. The tab is nicely maker marked by the company of 'Dransfeld & Co' from Menden and dated 1942. The buckle is showing normal traces of usage. The buckle comes together with its original 95cms long sized leather belt as found together. The belt is not visible maker marked or dated. The belt is having a nice blue coloured buckle-keeper, matching with the buckle. Great original set as found together!
