British Airborne Pegasus Formation Patch

British Airborne 'Pegasus' Formation Patch. This patch was first introduced in 1942 and designed by Major E.Seago based on the Greek saga of the winged horse Pegasus and his rider Bellerophon. The wartime british made glueback type patch is nicely embroidered in light-blue on a maroon-red woolen background. Nice original Pegasus Division Formation Patch in mint and unissued condition!
