German WWI M1849 Artillery Enlisted Sword, 1910, Postwar Police Marked

Original era manufacture. A clean example issued in 1910. Bright polished steel blade showing spotting and age staining but no corrosion issues. Evidence of an old service sharpening on it's cutting edge. Even steel patina finish to the guard, pommel and scabbard. Molded composition grip, single branch steel guard. Steel patina finish to the steel scabbard with post WWI Police issues stamps above the struck out Imperial markings. S.Br.I.86, Schutzpolizei Breslau. The blade draws easily from the scabbard.
