Description

A fine scarce die-stamped white metal British made example. Strung bugle surmounted by Prince of Wales's plumes with 'CLI' cypher between the strings. Three loops to reverse. VGCRaised in 1st April, 1881 as a single battalion with 14 companies under the command of Lt. Col. John Scott Armitage. Colonel of the Regiment was HRH Albert Edward, the Prince of Wales.
