British Shell Dressing Medical Bag. British 1937 pattern medic carrying bag intended to hold shell dressings, these bags were also issued to Canadian medics. Designed to be worn over the shoulder, the bag is complete with carrying strap. The bag is nicely maker marked with 'M&Co.' and dated 1942. The bag is in totally mint and unissued condition!
