Dutch 'Regiment Jagers' Trousers

Dutch 'Buitenmodel' pair of trousers as intended for a member within the 'Regiment Jagers'. These pants were part of the 'buitenmodel' tunic, these tunics were privately purchased tunics in field blue-grey woolen cloth. Soldierswho were not able to buy a complete tunic often bought only the kepi. The regiment 'Jagers' wore recognizable darkgreen coloured tunics and kepis. This pair of trousers is made of the darkgreen coloured wool and having yellow coloured piping.The trousers are nicely maker marked by the tailor 'H. Hollenkamp & Co' from Amsterdam. The pants are in overall very good condition showing normal traces of usage and some minor damages, see photos. Rare and hard to find original 'Jagers' trousers in good condition!
