Aserbaidschan Volunteer Sleeve Shield

Nice original printed on cloth sleeve-shield as intended for a volunteer within the 'Aserbaidschan' Legion (Aserbaidschan Landeschilde). In 1942 an identifying sleeve shield for members of the Aserbaidschan legion was introduced. The shield is nicely printed on a red linnen background. The shield is in good unissued condition, showing some small staining and traces of age. A nice original piece of Eastern volunteer insignia!
