'Für Wehrmacht verboten, Der Stadtkommandant' carton sign (Pappschild). This single sided sign is printed in German: 'Für Wehrmacht verboten, Der Stadtkommandant' (Forbidden for the Wehrmacht, the City Commander). This is a warning sign which was hung at places where Wehrmacht soldiers were not allowed to enter. The carton sign is approximately sized 39 x 30 cms. There are some small damages and cracks. On the back is a post-war ink stamp from a collector. Nice decorative original carton sign in good used condition!
