'Schaffendes Volk' Postcard

This is a nice original period color postcard (Postkarte) from the 'Schaffendes Volk - Große Reichsausstellung' exhibition (The Reich's Exhibition of a Productive People), which was in Düsseldorf (Schlageterstadt) 1937. This exhibition was an important propaganda show in Germany during National Socialism. This postcard, no.1, 'Eingang - Fahnenstraße' shows exhibtion's main entrance with flags. This artistic postcard was published by 'Verlag J. Kalinowski, N.S. Bilderdienst A. Exter, Düsseldorf'. The postcard measures approximately 14 x 10,5 cms in size and is in good condition with some writing at the back. The postcard was sent to 'Fam. de Breij' who lived at the Stadionweg 206 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). The postage stamp is ink-stamped on during the exhibition.
