Early Wehrmacht Medical Backpack 1935

Early Wehrmacht Medical Backpack (Sanitätstornister). Based on the World War 1 Medical Backpack, the backpak is complete with the often missing inner-frame and compartments. A large white leather roundel with a red cross is stiched on the top flap. The backpack is complete with both leather carrying straps. All leather straps are present and in good used condition, see photos. The backpack is nicely maker marked and dated, the marking is hard to read. The original contents label is present and dated 1935. The backpack has recently been found in a private household in the Netherlands. These medical backpacks are very rare and hard to find in this complete condition. Nice and hard to find original early medical backpack in very good condition!
