WH (Heer) M40 Greatcoat

Wehrmacht (Heer) M40 Greatcoat (Tuchmantel). The Greatcoat belonged to the standard equipment of every soldier. The greatcoat could be worn in cold weather or rain and all other conceivable situations. Field-grey woolen construction, it has two rows of six front closure buttons and the greatcoat also has a single metal hook and eye at the neckline. The greatcoat is complete with all original buttons. There are no shoulder-strap buttons.The greatcoat is made by the company 'P.B.& Zn.' from the Netherlands, size marked and dated Amsterdam 1940 (A40). The greatcoat is manufactured from typical Dutch wool. There is some minor moth damage, otherwise the greatcoat is in perfect unissued condition, see photos. Just a nice and honest Wehrmacht greatcoat in very good condition!
