WH (Heer)/Waffen-SS Camouflage Rank Insignia. These camouflage rank insignia were intended for use on the various camouflaged uniforms, this example was intended for an Army 'Oberleutnant' or Waffen-SS 'Obersturmführer'. The insignia is showing one single oakleaf-stripe above two horizontally-shaped bars, printed in black on a green silk/rayon cloth. Nice original insignia in clearly used and tunic removed condition!
