WH (Heer) Officer's Bread Bag M1931

Wehrmacht (Heer) NCO's/Officer's Bread Bag M1931 (Brotbeutel 31), having an integrated leather map-case compartment. Bread bags were widely utilized by all German military and non-military organizations, so various models and colors were produced. The bread bag was worn attached to the belt on the right side of the back. The breadbag has the nice early field-graycolour as it should be and is re-inforced with brownleatherparts. The breadbag is nicely maker marked and dated 1938. This is a rare officer's variant, having an integrated map case pouch, see photos. The breadbag is complete with its original matching carrying strap. This is only the third such example I've found in 15 years. Rare and hard to find original 'early' piece of equipment!
