Wehrmacht 'Großdeutschland' Cufftitle

Wehrmacht 'Großdeutschland' Officer's Cufftitle (Ärmelband). This is a fourth pattern 'Großdeutschland' Cufftitle. The cufftitle shows the neatly machine-embroidered script 'Großdeutschland' in white thread, two unusual silver coloured 'braid-based' borders have been added to the cufftitle indicating an officer's rank. The cufftitle has the typical opened back construction with the top and bottom edges folded over the reverse. The cufftitle measures approximately 43,5cms in length and is in clearly used and tunic removed condition. The cufftitle is in showing normal traces of usage and would serve perfect to restore a GD tunic with. Desirable original cufftitle of an interesting unit!
