Sold
€80.00

Description

'Nederlandsche Arbeidsdienst' (Dutch labour service) Collar Tab (Kraagspiegel) as intended for the lower ranks like 'Arbeidsman' (worker). The NAD was the Dutch equivalent for the German RAD. The collar-tab is showing two, nicely hand-embroidered in gold wire, crossed heads of barley on a wool burgundy-coloured background, the collar-tab is having a black backing cloth. These collar-tabs were worn on the dark-green coloured NAD tunics. Harder to find hand-embroidered example. Nice example in clearly used and tunic removed condition!
