Description

World War 1 German Navy Belt Buckle with leather tab (Koppelschloß mit Lederwiderhalt). This is a very rare buckle as worn by the Imperial Colonial Naval Troops and the Marine Infantry (Kaiserliche Marine). The buckle is sized 45mm in height as introduced in 1895. The buckle is a two-piece construction brass belt buckle. The buckle is complete with its brown leather tab. The buckle is not visible maker marked or dated. Nice and scarce original buckle in good used condition!
