American Red Cross Short Sleeve Gray Lady Uniform Dress(B-38' W-32' H-39')

Original WWII American Red Cross gray lady short sleeve uniform dress.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 38'Waist- 32'Hips- 39'Length-41'Uniform made by Stein Co. This is an interesting style with an attached belt. Shank buttons held in place bycotter pins. The belt has two spaces for a button, but only one button hole (settings are 31' and 32' waist). There is a button at the neck also held in place by a cotter pin (I can't imagine having the metal cotter pin at the neck would be very comfortable). The red cross patch on the pocket is sewn a bit higher than I normally see them.Decent condition, but it does have some issues. There is light storage wear staining (I did not notice it until I was putting the dress on the mannequin). Small hole and two repairs under one arm. The dress has been shortened (you can see there used to be one more buttonhole). The hem inside has some missing / replaced material (not visible on the outside).
