Vintage WWII women's US Navy WAVES garrison cap. Size 21 1/2. Hat is in good condition overall. There is one tiny moth hole in the back, but it is not very noticeable when worn. It seems like this hat was either unissued or hardly ever worn. It is basically mint condition aside from the one tiny moth nip.
