Italian WWII, Massive Bronze Fasces Wall Plaque

Original era manufacture. A well made bronze forging, which is maker marked on the reverse, Perani Brescia. It measures 16.5 inches in length, and 7.25 inches in width.There are two mounting bolts on the reverse, with evidence of them being cut through with a hacksaw during removal.
