French WWI Adrian Artillery Helmet with Veterans Visor Plate

Original era manufacture. A very sound example of the classic French steel helmet of WWI.  Artillery plate on the front with an applied brass visor decoration honoring the veterans service during the war 1914-1918. The helmet shell retains most of its original horizon blue paint finish, with an intact leather liner, with corrugated metal spacers, the chinstrap however is missing.
