U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers - Nice Used Condition

A highly desireable and increasingly hard to find U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers. Iconicly used by the 101st Airborne Division in Normandy and during Operation Market Garden in 1944. We do not come across these uniforms very often anymore.The M1942 jacket has some clear trace of wear and staining. The original 'CONMAR' zip is in full working order and the original often displaced waist belt is present. All press studs are in full working order. The trousers are marked with a laundry number in the lining and equally have some trace of wear and age. There appear no visible size markings in either the jacket or the trousers yet both compromise a decent mannequin size. With the trousers measure around 40cm in waist and 110cm in lenght. A textbook U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers with great patina.
