U.S. Rear Seam, Swivel Bail, M1 Steel Helmet Shell.

This example has a heat stamp to the inside so perhaps dates from the end of WW2 or the 50's. The outer granular factory finish is close to 100%, same to the inside. The rear has a couple of stress fractures just above the seam at the rear. Both bails have some tape residue for some reason but does not effect the bails!. Not a bad example at all.
