US WWII Patch Pillow Cover, Airborne Troop Carrier

Original period manufacture. Postwar assembled, using 20 original WWII cut edge shoulder sleeve insignia. This cover forms part of a recent collection of two covers, and two blankets, all assembled using original US, British and German insignia, brought home from WWII. Mothing to the cover body, the patches are fine.
