Third Reich Youth Flag/Banner

Rare Third Reich Deutsche Jungvolk (DJ) / Hitler Youth Flag. This is a very unusual early Third Reich period single sided flag of multi piece construction. Black cotton cloth with central white strip having applied large black multi piece swastika in diamond with the centre having the DJ single rune emblem on red backing. Top edge of the flag with two rectangular fittings. Flag measures some 37.5 x 38.5 inches. It is believed that this item relates to the DJ Marine. The Deutsche Jungvolk was for the younger members of the German youth movement known as the Hitler Youth.
