Original German WWII M39/43 Pack Frame (Trägbeutel M39)

Original German WWII M39/43 Pack Frame (Trägbeutel M39)- M39 assault pack frame was developed at the same time as the combat assault pack A-frame in April 1939, and was a modification of the earlier M36 5cm Light Mortar carrying frame. Like the combat assault pack A-frame, the M39 assault pack frames were utilized by assault troops to lighten their load and still carry necessary items into battle. This M39 assault pack frame is rounded, tubular metal frame with dark feldgrau paint, but some of the paint is worn off. Comes with gray webbing straps with metal fittings, which have some surface rust on them. It is not marker marked, but could have faded. It is missing 2 straps and hardware with webbing for one of the shoulder straps. In very good condition.
