Description
Original German WWII Reichsarbeitsdienst Leader's Belt Buckle By AssmannThis unissued belt buckle for a Third Reich Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) leader is a prime example of craftsmanship by F. W. Assmann in Lüdenscheid. The front of the buckle features the organizational emblem of the RAD: a shovel with a swastika, set against a grainy background and surrounded by a wreath of wheat. The buckle is constructed from aluminum with a white silver finish. Despite age and storage minor wear, the buckle maintains great detail throughout. The reverse side of the buckle is complete with the original keeper in place and is marked with the 'A' logo for Assmann, dated '37,' and labeled 'D.R.G.M.,' indicating a trademarked design. The back has a dark gray finish with some speckling.Overall, this buckle is in mint to excellent condition. We are not affiliated with/or embrace the philosophies of any radical, political, or racist organizations.
