Original German WWII Non-Matching .7 Liter Canteen With Web Strap-This authentic German WWII .7-liter canteen set (Feldflasche) is a non-matching example, assembled from original period components. It includes the flask, cap, drinking cup, wool cover, and web strap.The aluminum flask is stampedW.A.L. 38and retains its original cap, which still includes the rubber gasket. The painted cup is markedFWBN42and retains much of its original finish, though there are areas of surface rust. The wool cover (Filzbezug) is faintly marked and remains in very good condition with only minor signs of age. The web strap is slightly soiled from use but complete, with the clip intact and a faint marking still visible on the webbing. Overall still in very good to excellent condition.
